If you have a problem with your order please email us right away at email@example.com and reference your order number in the email.
We accept returns or exchanges if you reach out to us within 14 days of the date you received your laces.
Returns must be in the condition as it was shipped in the original hang-able packaging and send back to Laces Certified as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for the return and or exchange shipping cost (both ways).
There are no returns or exchanges on sale items or when a discount code is used.
