ORDERING INFORMATION
- After you successfully place an order you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes of your order. This email contains your order number and a description of what you ordered.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- We ship all orders within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise noted for Holidays, pre-orders and back-orders). For example if you order on a Monday your order will ship at latest by Thursday. If you order Friday-Sunday you order will ship at latest by Wednesday.
OUR RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- USPS first class expedited shipping for $2.99. This option provides a tracking number that will be emailed to you so you can track your package from order to delivery. (See below for tracking details)
- We ship worldwide, International rates vary by country
- After your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow at least one day for tracking information to update in the USPS system.
- All of our orders are shipped through USPS.com. Click this link and enter your tracking number to track your order.
RETURN POLICY
- If you have a problem with your order please email us right away at support@lacescertified.com and reference your order number in the email.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are responsible for shipping your order incorrectly. Your satisfaction is important to us so please email us if you are not satisfied with your order and we will handle these instances on a case by case basis.
- There are absolutely no return or exchanges on sale items or when a coupon code is used.
